Summary

The things that we feel that we have a purpose to do involves us making a decision to cooperate with. We play a part. There's no one size fits all approach to things. In other words, there are many way to do everything. Ask yourself if you are making wishes hoping that they'll come true. Are you hoping that something will happen according to your hope. It is likely that this will at least involve you getting into some form of positioning in order to see the desired results to happen. Go get it!!

0:27.0	Realize that there are a bunch of different coaching styles and I outlined some of them today
0:31.7	So think back of all of the people in your life that have helped you succeed in something, right?
0:39.2	There's a lot of different styles. I thought to inspire somebody
0:43.6	You had to be a motivational speaker and I wanted to be a motivational speaker
0:47.8	But I'm not really that motivational and I don't talk too loud. My voice just doesn't get too loud

0:55.9	Aggressive, it just sounds like added a norm and it's just
0:59.6	It sounds corny really, but there's a couple different motivational styles and I think it's important to
1:06.3	Identify what style you have if you are going to inspire other people. I think one is the friend
1:12.9	We all need that person is gonna inspire us to put their arm around our shoulders as we are gonna get through this together
1:20.3	I think it's not only important to identify what type of motivational style you are, but what type you receive well
1:26.2	So some of us just want a friend we want somebody that we can talk to and listen and trust me
1:32.6	There's some coaches out here that operate in the friend phase where everything is okay very positive
1:39.8	Attitude and they make you feel all warm and fuzzy and they they say we are gonna get through this together
1:46.2	Okay, I'm not higher than you you're not lower than me, but we are friends and this is I'm going to inspire you
1:52.4	Do you get inspired that way? I don't I don't need a friend is gonna inspire me it doesn't work for me the next one is the cheerleader
1:59.7	This cheerleader is that you can do it you could do it
