You haven't got out of bed, you haven't been eating, you're really struggling. Maybe you didn't take action. Okay, as a director, I'm going to call it. Scene. Now, what do I want for this character next? What would the ideal me? What would he do? If the best of me was showing
0:23.0	up in this chapter, what would they do? What are the actual actions you need to do to change
0:28.2	your story? I bet there's times in your life where even though you knew you had all the reasons of the world to be proud of
0:40.0	yourself and you you had a sense of belief that you just you just didn't feel worthy you know
0:48.4	I don't know how many you know personal development books you, you've read or how many spirituality books
0:55.5	you've read. But isn't it true that you can do all that work and still not feel worthy?
1:02.1	You know, I was a kid who at one time in my life, when I was a teenager, contemplated taking
1:09.0	my life, I had become suicidal after the breakup of the first girl I ever loved.
1:16.6	And so I know what it feels like to have no sense of worth.
1:21.6	It's like zero.
1:24.6	In fact, less than zero. And if you've ever been there you're just like when that sense of
1:32.4	i don't have any worth is matched with it doesn't matter right i have no worth nothing matters
1:42.7	those are the darkest places we go.
1:46.0	And I know many of you like me, our mindset have been stationed there at certain times of our life
1:53.0	because our attention was given to the circumstance, not character development, not ownership.
2:03.4	See, in those times what we ended up doing,
2:05.6	we kind of release those two things, don't we?
2:08.2	In our misery or our pity,
2:12.8	we release the reality that we're in charge of the story,
2:15.8	that we're in charge of the character development this is called being the not only the observer of
2:18.4	life but the director asking what would the ideal me or the story arc that i want for this character
2:26.9	what would he do that we're supposed to say okay kid you got your heart broke you're laying in
