to all that, how are you, Vic? Hello, Mary Catherine. Doing just fine as listeners note of the show,

No, is preparing for a blood test, which I took this morning, and I just

showed you the evidence in my arm, and that went fine, and the nurse was very nice. The thing

is this. I thought I was doing a pretty good job preparing for it between Monday and today,

and I came home last night, and my daughter daughter who had a tough day at school was hoping

that we were going to go out, that I was going to go out with her to dinner because everybody

else is in different places. And so it would just be the two of us. And I was just going to heat up

leftovers. And she got dressed up. So I said, oh, my gosh, she can't resist that.

Can't resist that. Okay, fine. Let's go. What do you want to go? She wants to go to the nearby Japanese restaurant. So we go to the Japanese restaurant. What am I going to get? That is the question. Because first of all, I'll eat and I'll be done early enough. But what do I get that it doesn't sort of affect the numbers, right? I opted for, they don't have brown rice, so I opted for a bento box.

Okay.

Which is just a variety, but the dinner bento box is big.

So I'll give you the good and the bad.
