Anger.

So angry.

Just so mad.

Just so mad.

Well, and we're going to talk about anger, not just in terms of our children, but in

terms of the general idea of what anger is and how we can look at it from a positive perspective.

Not easy to do, but I've been working with anger for a long time here now.

Well, I think we all feel anger quite often.

Right.

But you just said working with it.

And I think that even softens the idea of anger not being such a bad thing.

I feel it differently and I kind of view it differently.

And I can't sit here and say, oh, I like it.

I don't think anyone can say they enjoy anger.

But because I view it through a lens of transformation, I think it's just

not, I think, I know it's just another part of us that is trying to help us grow and see
