Glad you're joining with us, those of you online as well. Before we jump in, I just want to mention that Tuesday, this Tuesday coming up is our prayer meeting, and we're going to start off with a brief teaching

that I've titled keeping my prayer life simple yet effective. Then afterwards I've asked

a dear friend and brother in Christ Walt Cheshire to come up and share an absolute miracle concerning their

daughter. And then after that, we'll open it up for the remainder of time, the time that

we have for all church prayers. So those of you online note the start time of 7 p.m. and not the usual 7.30 start time for the Bible studies.

All right. Chapter 4. We start chapter 4 today. And we're going to begin in verse 1.

You already know. Man, you've been hanging around here too long.

We're going to start in verse one, and we're going to make it all the way through

verse one.

So why don't you stand if you're able, if not, that's fine.

Where you're seated is just fine.

Follow along as we read this most lengthy text

that we have before us today. Revelation chapter 4 verse 1. John by the Holy Spirit writes,

after this, I looked and there before me was a door standing open in heaven.

And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said,

come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this bless

pray father thank you thank you for just the clarity the specificity of just this one verse here in your word, this portion that we have before us today, Lord.

And there's so much here, and we readily admit that we need for the Holy Spirit to illuminate the eyes of our understanding so that we can take from just this

one verse all that you have for us today. You have this for us. It's not whether or not you have

this for us. It's are we going to take what you have for us with us today.

So Lord, at this time, this is where the enemy likes to come in and start getting minds
