Summary

First Corinthians 1:18–21 reminds us that the message of the cross seems foolish to the world, yet to those who believe it is the power and wisdom of God. This sharp contrast calls us to consider how we live out our faith, convey our convictions, and speak the truth in love to unbelievers.

Corinthians.

0:03.0

First Corinthians is where we are in our study.

0:05.0

So why don't you grab your Bible, turn to First Corinthians, chapter one.

0:10.0

0:12.0

All these books of the Bible.

0:14.0

0:47.1

with the Corinth Church. And we'll get into that. But it's things that we all need to hear because

so too the modern day church needs these same admonitions and corrections. So that's kind of what

1:10.2

want to follow Jesus? You know,

1:12.9

what could possibly be wrong with Jesus that somebody wouldn't want to follow Jesus? Well, the sad,

1:18.6

true answer is you and me. The church itself is some, I think a lot of people, how many people

1:27.0

use that as a reason?
