In any business environment, you've got to be willing to take a shot.

You've got to be willing to go for it and just say to yourself, if I don't take a shot,

if I don't throw the ball, if I don't make the phone call, if I don't send the email,

then what's going to happen?

I'm not going to get anything.

I'm not going to produce any results.

So what do we have to do every day?

Be a shot caller.

Be willing to say, this is the action I'm going to take and go after it.

I find myself just saying, I'm not sure what to do is that this one is your, that one

is your, this one.

I've got so many different options.

I get overwhelmed by responses.

Just grab one and take the shot.

That's the way it works.

You just take the shot and it either works or it doesn't work.

You get a result.

You learn a lesson.

You do it again.
