I hope you're ready to get your minds online with the truth of God.

Proverbs chapter 12 verses 25 through 26, it reads this way, anxiety in a man's heart

weighs him down but a good word makes him glad.

One who is righteous is a guide to his neighbor but the way of the wicked leads them astray.

Now I've coupled these two verses together first off because they are sequential in the

book but I think there's a related theme here.

And the related theme is the impact we can have on others by being intentional in their

lives with the words we say and with the input that we have into their lives.

Let's look at the verses a little more closely.

First off Solomon sets a scene for us.

He says you're looking at a man who is anxious.

His anxiety is weighing his heart down is kind of putting a cloud over his lives.

I think we all understand that sort of a scenario because we've been in it.

We understand the effect that anxiety and fear and things like stress and depression

have on our lives.
