I want to read to you a comment left by Carolyn. This was a comment to one of the walking

0:15.5

is fitness YouTube videos. Carolyn writes, love your videos. I've only seen three so far, but YouTube keeps bringing

0:25.0

them to me in the feed, and I'm glad it does. I've been trying to just get out and walk,

0:32.8

but I think of all the excuses not to.

0:43.3

Mostly it's just laziness and uncertainty about what time of day I should go.

0:48.2

I hope I can get past that and just do it, as they say.

1:58.7

I didn't get as much sleep as I had hoped to get. And I don't want to use up all my

2:08.3

energy first thing to go for a walk because I'm going to feel tired later. And I need to conserve my energy and therefore I'm not going to go for a walk.

2:21.5

That would have been an excuse that would have had more chance at actually working

2:26.4

because what we're trying to do is get ourselves to say, oh, you're right. Yeah, you're right.

2:32.5

I shouldn't take the walk. I can't take the walk.

2:37.1

And then it's an airplane taking off. I'm near the Myrtle Beach International Airport.

2:44.2

And then if you're wired as I can be, this isn't my dominant personality trait, but I got a part of this kind of running through who I am,
