Guys, today we're going to talk about something that I get asked a lot about.

You know, it has to do more with mentality than it does with a practical tool, but you

know what, isn't mentality in the way you see things and the way you condition yourself

to see things and view the world, isn't that a practical tool in itself?

It helps you see things a little bit differently, it helps you adjust to things, it helps you

deal with things that happen to you.

And I think that developing the right mentality can be practical if it's thought of as practical.

So today we're going to talk about something that is really more so how I view things because

a lot of you guys ask me, you know, why are you so intense?

Why do you have, you know, this kill, kill, kill mentality, you know, shouldn't you be

seeing things more of a, you know, an easy going way.

It seems like you're always stressed or you're always so intense.

And you know, I think it's important to kind of dissect where that comes from in a organized,

practical way because I think a lot of people think it's just, it's just ranting and

raving and not a specific mentality.

So today we're going to dive into that.
