0:57.2	Juneteenth National Independence Day, America's new federal holiday commemorating the day that the last
1:03.9	enslaved Americans learned that they were free. It's America's 11th federal holiday and the first
1:09.4	one to be recognized since Martin Luther King Jr. Day was adopted in the early 1980s.
1:15.7	Americans across the country yesterday partook in events ranging from memorials and rallies to parades and celebrations.
1:22.3	But when Republican Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin showed up to a Juneteen celebration in Milwaukee.
1:29.2	He was not exactly greeted by a welcoming committee.
1:32.3	Ron Johnson, you might recall, is the guy who went on record saying that he wasn't afraid of
1:37.0	insurrectionists on January 6th because they were white, but that he would have been
1:42.4	afraid if they had been black.
1:44.5	Johnson also happens to be the guy who blocked the Juneteenth legislation last year
1:49.2	before finally and reluctantly relenting last week and allowing the bill to move forward.
1:54.8	So when that guy had the gall to show up at a Juneteenth celebration yesterday,
