The warmth of the sun has such a beautiful healing energy.

Today's meditation will invite you to bask in that light,

filling your body and spirit with warmth and joy.

So find a comfortable spot.

Close your eyes and let's soak in the sunshine together. You know, You lift your face to the sun easily and without thought. Because something deep inside of you knows it will nourish you. It's soothing light will penetrate each cell and give them life.

It will illuminate all that is dark within you

and never judge what it finds.

But instead, honor that darkness,

and gently invite it to taste the sunlight.

You lift your face to the sun with the innocence of a child.

Because you know it will point you home,

reminding you of the path you already know.

And the wisdom you've already gained, reflecting to you are to you that you are home. or home Breathe deeply.
