0:42.9	on Kate got Kate hired and that's basically all I can do from that point forward. So we get talked
0:49.4	to about what to do when we transitioned, how we transitioned out of the military and got into our
0:55.1	current jobs or what we're doing. So I wanted air could come on and kind of tell what she sees
1:00.4	because she's had the opportunity to interview several different veterans who are looking for jobs
1:05.6	and some of whom have gone to like Ivy League schools are really good schools in general.
