where we're podcasts, scum you for finding us. And once again, we are doing a backyard show because you know what? It's nice weather out. It is nice. And it's better than sitting in his studio. And I know the sound quality may not be as great. I think since we are having so many nice days and we are gonna start doing, I mean, I don't mind sitting out in the nice weather.

So I'll work on getting a better

microphone set up for a quick setup to do that out here but for right now you get

to hear us the sounds of southeast Portland there it is the sounds of southeast and

and the sounds of a dog getting into a bed next to me and probably

bowie digging something at some point but nonetheless we are here and uh we just appreciate all of you

so very much and we have been having some scheduling things this week and that's in part because

actually sarah's been doing a ton yeah it's either like feast or famine that's not kind's what kind of, so my entire life, I've basically, you know, I've never had a nine to five job.

Honestly, truly, never have. And I've always kind of, my mom has. Which is fascinating that you've never actually had one. Yeah. So my mom has always called it me patchworking my like my life together because I've always you know I've always

been able to kind of find random you know odds and ends and things to make ends

meet so I've had you know I have a lot of numerous things going on at the same

time and then also on the other side of that coin you know sometimes there's nothing

going on yeah you know so it is kind of so I mean my stuff truly is like feast or famine. Like I have, you know, real estate was slow for a little bit there. You know, O.P. You know, there wasn't, there weren't any like real shifts for me. Like everything was just kind of going slow. And then all of a sudden. Now it's everything. Now it's everything. like all of a sudden all my clients that have been kind of you know dormant are now deciding you know now's

the time they want to buy and then I have a thousand shifts and then not only

that I still have my animal portrait paintings so I have a couple of those on

deadline and then on top of that I'm like I don't think I'm doing enough and so

I decided to also start picking up a couple shifts here and there at our favorite watering hole at Landmark Saloon. The landmark saloon, 447 Southeast Division, Sarah has now been doing some bartending. I've done it. Yeah, which you haven't done that for a while. Yeah. It's been years. It's over this last couple of weeks. But yeah, it was. Yeah. Was it pre-COVID? It was pre-COVID. So it's been a while. Yeah, so's been years. It's over this last couple of weeks, but yeah, it was.
