Welcome to the Sports Motivation podcast. It's your host, Niyy Shobo. It's another episode of bars where I break down excerpts from my favorite books, lyrics, for music that I listen to. Today's book, I've been doing a ton of bars lately and I decided to mix it up, focus on some books.

1:40.7

A priority is something that you do more of and sooner, whereas a posteriority is something you do

1:57.0

Because of this, for you to embark on a new task, you must discontinue an old task.

2:03.3

Getting into something new requires getting out of another activity.

2:07.7

Before you commit to a new undertaking, ask yourself, what am I going to stop doing so that I have enough time to work on this new task?

2:16.1

Go through your life regularly and practice what he calls quote unquote creative abandonment.

2:22.2

Consciously determine the activities you are going to discontinue so that you have more time to

2:27.5
