So today is from a book and it's from an author by the name of Dan Kennedy.

So if you are a business leader, I hope you have heard of Dan Kennedy.

If you have not, that's all right.

I'm not going to act like it's the end of the world if you haven't heard of him, although you should now.

He has written a ton of books.

His focus is marketing.

However, he has a whole series of books called

No BS and that address a whole host of topics as it relates to entrepreneurship. And he's,

he's an OG. He's been around for a long time and he's definitely worth listening to. And he's

actually put me up not only through his books. His books are really good, but he actually has,

through his books, introduce me to a lot of other really dope books. So his book recommendations

are dope. So any book you read of Dan Kennedys, you're going to walk away with some great book recommendations as well.

But today, I want to break down an excerpt from this book called No BS, Rufless Management on People and Profits.

All right. Roofless Management on People and Profits. So this is a book that Dan Kennedy partnered with.

I don't know the other guy he partnered with on this book.

I'm a little bit into it.

Right now, I'm only like 36 pages in.
