I went to Boston this weekend to visit my family, and the timing was good, because, and bad,

because that was the weekend that Donald Trump issued his executive order banning travel from

seven different Muslim countries. So as I was with my family, you know, sort of bonding and talking it over,

we were seeing images of thousands of protesters

gathering at airports,

protesting the order all over the country.

Lawyers working with the various people who were being detained by the executive order that Donald Trump issued,

and just seeing like a huge, huge response to the news.

And so, of course, we had to say something about it.

We had to come back from our temporary break that we were going to take

and record in some episodes, anything that we could talk about

because there's so much to talk about around the Muslim band.

If you see something, you better, you better say something nothing nothing at all nothing at all

the executive order basically blocks refugees immigrants and travelers from seven

majority Muslim countries Libya Somalia Sudanalia, Sudan, Yemen, Syria, Iraq, and Iran.

And so we're back. And we're sad. We're very, very sad. And we'll be releasing some mini episodes over the next few days,

dealing with the ban and a lot of the fallout, telling some stories.

Things change every moment, and we're going to be doing our best to release timely bits of

interviews that will help you make sense of America as it's happening today.
