So I've had COVID at some point.

I've got antibodies.

I've been working on COVID-I to use at the beginning.

I have not had a vaccination. I did not want to have a vaccination.

The vaccine is reducing transmission only for about eight weeks with Delta. With Omicon it's probably less. And for that I will be dismissed

if I don't have a vaccine.

Yeah, I, I fell ill last Monday.

Yeah, in fact, shortly after we'd recorded the podcast...

It's the curse of the Delling poll.

I decided to test myself.

And we've got a bunch of lateral flow tests because, you know,

got four school-age children or three-

Yeah yeah sure and so I tested myself and I was positive and I did a confirmatory test the following day and that was positive

and then I did a PCR test and that too was

positive so I was definitely positive I definitely had it and I'm pretty sure it was

the omicron variant because it was basically like a kind of weird cold not necessarily a bad cold but just a slightly weird cold and very mild flu and it lasted
