And adjust. and adjust your body a bit to release any tension of the day. And when you find your favorite sleeping position, take a deep breath in, letting yourself know that it's time to transition into sleep.

Calling your attention away from any thoughts or emotions that are lingering,

And as you exhale, let this red light expand, filling your lower body with warm and stability. The Oh, Oh, Move your attention up to your sacral chakra just below your naval.
