I'm not going to lie.

I look particularly tan.

I was in the sun yesterday.

Back to me, I had things, I had malasma. I don't know what they did to me. Can we

talk about my malasma? Okay. You do look tan. Yeah. And you have melasma. I'm sitting in the sun.

So, you know, you get melasma. If you don't know what melasma, what, explain what melasma is.

It's basically hyper, it's overactive melanocytes in the skin that cause hyperpigmentation or dark spots.

And it can be activated by hormonal changes, sun, pregnancies, drugs, procedures, things like that.

Okay.

So I really never put my face in the sun, right?

Right.

Like maybe once every couple of years, I like to bake.

You know that thing, like a lizard lying on the hot pavement like that?

That feels good sometimes.

Which is probably more dangerous than intermittent sun exposure.

Probably those long-term sun-exper, you know, acute sun exposure, not long-term, but long-time,

acute sun exposure is probably, are more pathogenic potentially caused more of a chance

of a malignant change than getting low grade vitamin D type sun exposure.
