Hey everybody, this is Rob Lightfeld. Welcome to another edition of Rob Observations. Hope you are doing well.

Hope your weekend was awesome. It is the day after Easter here. We had a Loki trailer this morning that hit because pop culture never, ever rests. And that's what we do here we do all the pop culture all the comic

books all the cartoons all the movies all the streaming we talk it all over because that's our life

right that's our life it seems like it is we got a packed packed packed show today i got i got a lot

of my mind i got a lot to share hopefully you'll be interested in in in at least one of these

topics that i uh i i put on the table here

but the interesting thing is in regards to the pop culture of it all i was reading a a newspaper

article yesterday morning i i still read the newspaper quite often whether it's online or

physically and uh and a guy was supposing that pop culture is now culture.

There's no reason to even put the pop on it anymore.

It's combined.

And pop culture has become our culture.

And as so many of you, I gathered with family, safely, with

protocols. Most of us have done double vaccines in our family. So I definitely want to get across

the point that we have absolutely done everything in our power to be as safe as possible when we

gathered yesterday to see each other for

the first time in, you know, last Easter was canceled. So this was our first Easter in, in two years.

So as we got together and I visited with nephews, some of which are very small, I really wanted

to get their take on what they were seeing. I'd rather, you know,

sorry, I would rather hear what an 11-year-old thought of Godzilla versus King Kong or

Winter Soldier than someone my age, because I'm always looking to absorb what the younger

generation has to say, how they see things, how they process. I just know that this weekend, as I watched Godzilla versus King Kong three times, maybe more,
