0:50.8	So do you have any personal experience with a bad boss?
0:57.1	I've had bad bosses. I remember my very first job out of college. I had a boss who had me do a bunch of research and write it up. And then when I
1:03.1	finished and I did the report, he put it out under his name and didn't credit me at all. After he left,
1:10.0	I went and I gathered all of the reports,
1:13.0	and I put my name on him, and then I redistributed him to everybody else.
1:16.3	When we think about our bosses, they have the power and we don't,
1:20.5	is that a bad way to frame it?
1:22.5	That's a really bad way to frame it,
1:24.2	because it's a relationship like any other relationship.
