professor to serve both CEOs and those who want to be CEOs and people who are trying to get jobs in these CEOs companies, right?

People who are well below the poverty line and people who are flying well, well above it.

And in your executive coaching practice and in your church, do people complain quite a bit about bad workplace cultures

that they're struggling with? A lot of people don't have the vocabulary to use to point out

that it is culture. They point to people who are stressed or people who are leaving the organization

or people who are gossiping a lot or people who are just not nice.

And so for a lot of them, they're not able to point to it as culture.
