1:02.9	Bosses can really make or break a workplace. And if they're bad, it doesn't necessarily
1:08.1	break a workplace. That's not what I'm saying because sometimes if all of your employees hate you,
1:13.3	it can kind of encourage teammate bonding. That's what they have to bond over.
1:18.9	You being a terrible boss actually kind of benefits the company.
1:22.8	So don't be too down on yourself if you're a terrible boss. But I've had a wide range of jobs.
