| 0:00.0 | Recently I got an email from a listener who asked a question about how I do the podcast, |
| 0:10.0 | sort of a behind-the-scenes question, and I thought, you know, it might not be a bad idea once |
| 0:19.0 | to give you a backstage pass into how this podcast is created. |
| 0:25.9 | Welcome to Walking is Fitness. |
| 0:28.0 | This is a podcast of action, providing a little extra motivation to help you keep that fitness promise you made to yourself. |

| 1:59.1 | furiously to get the duck to move faster or putting the brakes on or |
| 2:04.6 | changing the direction. You don't see that. You just see the duck |
| 2:08.6 | gliding effortlessly on the top of the lake. And that's what I |
