And good morning. Is there anybody there? Is there anybody there or is everyone at the shops already?

I don't think pubs are open.

One or two, my producer tells me, got a very early licence.

My friend and colleague Chris Moyles has been in the pub all day, I'm told,

and obviously questions will be asked at board level here at Global Radio

about why on earth I'm not broadcasting from a beer garden this morning.

But it's a weird one, isn't it?

And I don't know how many people are in the same boat. Obviously, no one's been able to go to

non-essential shops. In England, a situation in Wales has been different on some fronts and remains so.

For example, you still can't go to a gym in Wales, but you can go to a gym here.

My colleague, Ben, has been to the gym already.

Now, I'm going to tell you something.

Actually, this isn't on the agenda for sharing at all,

but it's a bit of a weird one.

I think as I approach the age of 50,

I might actually have discovered the attractions

or the appeal of exercise.

It's now been a fortnight. When I get a new

enthusiasm, I wait a while before telling you, because I am a built in a way that means I can be

very, very enthusiastic about something on a Monday and bored rigid by it on a Friday. So the geocaching,

which we got really into during lockdown, that has sustained. That has stayed. We enjoy geocaching.
