chronic yo-yo diet up down, up, down again, before I finally got sick and tired to being

sick and tired and I made some permanent, meaningful, and actual changes to my lifestyle, habits, routines,

environments, my community, and to my systems of belief. Because it's all of those that

created me and it's all of those that will create you too. And if you want to get results

at last, you've got to start changing things at the source. So glad to be here again with you

You know, if you're looking to get weight loss advice from somebody that never had to lose weight,

you're in the wrong place.

Because you see, there's nothing I'm going to talk about here that I have not done already

You know, I got sick of hearing about weight loss advice from people that don't actually know what it's like. They've never needed to lose weight. And sure, they're great at maintaining weight. They're sure to great at putting on muscle and trimming fat. That's awesome. Well and good. But if you got 100 plus pounds to lose, you've got an entirely different problem than that person is probably used to solving. They've never solved it in their own life if they've never been big.

And that problem is, how do I stop myself from gaining weight every time I stop losing weight?

You've got to make sure that you're addressing that.

And one of the best ways to make sure you're addressing that is to be actively and consciously
