I had a feeling it was just a matter of time and here it is.

It's just this huge relief to finally know that somewhere, something is being done.

It's almost like a branch hanging in a tree,

and it's going to fall, but we don't know when.

I never dream in a hundred years.

It's something like that's what ever happened to us.

It makes you have a different perspective on life, that's for sure.

We just don't fail me now.

The last time we talked, all five cases were unsolved.

But a lot has changed.

Multiple people are now in custody, facing charges, including

murder. New details from police are filling in gaps with important plot lines.

Some people have suspected for years. Others caught

everyone by surprise. But before we get to that, a reminder of who I am. I'm an investigative journalist for W-H-A-S-11, a TV station in Louisville, Kentucky.
