Hey good morning my friends welcome back or afternoon or evening whatever time

day it is for you as you're listening right now I welcome you to the

morning mindset I typically say morning because that's when I record these.

But the point is start your day whenever that is by getting your mind aligned with the truth of God and that's what the morning mind

set is here to help you do. We've been looking at the letter of Galatians that

the apostle Paul has written and he's been on a long journey here so to speak in the first part of the

letter in explaining how he came to faith in Christ and how the gospel that he preached was approved of by the other

apostles who had actually walked with Jesus during his time on the earth. And so Paul is going on to

explain his experience and he's trying to help his

place as an apostle is because he is about to say some very hard things to them

that he wants them to be able to accept because of where he's coming from, you see. And so Paul is trying to

point out, I'm not here to win your approval, I'm not here to make you feel good and try and win you over.

I'm here simply to tell you the truth.

And today we're going to read a passage

where he tells a story about himself telling the truth in the past in a context where it was a little bit difficult to do.

You see Peter had come to visit Paul when he was in a town called Antioch.

And here we have one of the apostles who originally walked with Jesus being Peter,

coming to visit Paul an apostle Jesus appointed later on.

Let's read Paul's account of it in verse 11 of chapter 2.

But when Cephese came to Antioch, now remember Cephese is another name for

Peter. When Cepas came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face because he stood condemned.

Wow, that's a strong statement.
