According to Dave Ramsey, you can call yourself a millionaire.

You're considered a millionaire if your net worth is a million dollars.

So if your house is paid off and it's worth, here's how you could consider yourself a millionaire.

Let's say you have a $400,000 house.

That's paid off.

That's paid off. Right. That's, that's, that's, then you have, uh, $400,000 in your 401k from your career. That's $800,000. You got a new, another $200,000 and combined things. You're a millionaire. You have assets that total a million dollars. Yes, with, but they all, I was going to say they do have to outweigh your debts by the million dollars.
