And this week we had a couple come in about Ayurveda asking us to go a little bit deeper

with Ayurvedic nutrition and then also how we might be able to balance out our energy around our doshas.

I'm happy that we're receiving questions about Ayurveda and specifically the kind of

So let's talk a little bit about Ayurveda and nutrition and how we can best take care of our bodies and feed our body mind in a way that is very

supportive for those who suffer with anxiety.

Okay, there's a few very simple principles to look out for when we're suffering from anxiety.

And sometimes it requires us to pay attention to what's going on in our body and that will confirm for us if we're going in the right

direction or not. So the body type that's most prone to general anxiety is called a Vutter

body type and as we've mentioned before and

our listeners can go and look back through previous conversations we've had

about Aravader and anxiety you can see that the V butter body type is the type that's most prone to suffer from anxiety.

And that body type is very prone to dryness and anything that increases dryness in the body increases

Vutter in the body and it increases our anxiety. It just means things aren't very well lubricated and things are clunking around in the body and the mind and it makes us feel quite jarred, uncomfortable and unsettled.
