are headed to the rainforest to embark upon an Iowasca adventure with shaman Hamilton Souther and his team at Blue Morpho.

And I'm, I'll just say I'm not taking it lightly I'm definitely nervous

I know this might sound dramatic but as I was going for a walk yesterday,

it was a really beautiful morning in my neighborhood.

I'm down by Lake Michigan.

I was just feeling grateful for everything,

for my loved ones, my circumstances in general.

And I started thinking to myself,

why do I want to do this again?

Why did I get a bunch of immunizations

and malaria pills and restrict my diet and abstain from

alcohol and sex for a while? Why am I going into a strange land to a place with no air conditioning to in all likelihood puke my guts out?

And freak likelihood puke my guts out and freak the shit out of myself? Well there are a

number of reasons. First of all though that gratitude I just mentioned is real, those other feelings I really think are just

fear energy trying to sabotage me, and I can't allow that of course

but I'm doing this because I feel like I need a breakthrough I feel like I'm doing

a number of things kind of half-assed right now.

And I really want clarity.
