So I've been in a season of repairing the temple.

We've all heard this saying, our body is a temple.

And it's true.

It's amazing what the body can do.

It's amazing how the body can heal as well when you give it time to heal.

And I've been repairing the temple for the next season.

I believe we are all channels.

And it depends on how willing you are to be an open channel

that the energy flows through you, that spirit flows through you.

There's a certain level of allowing yourself to be free.

You've ever met somebody in your conversation

and you're thinking about what to say.

You're thinking about how to talk to them

or if the conversation is going to be good or not.

And in that moment, you're not free.

I like awkward pauses lately when I'm talking to people.

In the past, if there was an awkward pause,

it would really make me feel uncomfortable.

And I would quickly try to get a word in or close the conversation off

or I'd stumble over my words trying to say something else.

I realized those awkward pauses say something.

There's a beauty in there.
