Good morning again, for those of you who have been here all morning, and welcome to those of you who came a little bit later.

It's nice to see you all. It's such a beautiful thing to practice together. It's really

meaningful. Meaningful for me, I should say at least. So for those of you who are here

this morning, I talked about noticing how just naturally,

I use this word like aperture, maybe of our awareness of our attention, gets smaller and gets bigger.

It's just something that just naturally happens.

It's not uncommon that when there's something that's uncomfortable or difficult,

there's, can get smaller and we're kind of like zoom in,

and that just fills up our whole world,

how to get rid of this discomfort.

And there's a way the thoughts can be,

maybe have some energy around them and going around and around.

And the bodily experience, if that's what's uncomfortable,

it just feels so big.

And we feel, we feel kind of small. and that's to this big giant problem whatever the

problem might be and there are other times it just happens just naturally where there's just

maybe a more expensiveness sense of space and not so much a sense of us being small and the

difficulty being big. It's just whatever's being known is there. And maybe there's an awareness

of a lot of things happening, sounds, bodily sensations, thoughts, etc. I want to introduce this idea

that this movement of having more spaciousness is often associated with some more ease.
