Summary
Many of you were moved by my recent episode titled "You're not broken (and don't need to be fixed)." I wanted to offer a continuation on that theme, so here we are: if you're not broken... all you need to heal is your perception.
In other words, all you need to heal is a perception of yourself as flawed, unworthy, damaged, broken, or not good enough. These are false ideas you've picked up along the road of life... but they are NOT the truth about you.
Once you correct your perception and begin to see (and feel) things clearly again, you realize you have always been worthy. And nothing from your past or present has ever taken away your worthiness or made you less lovable.
In this episode, I also talk about the importance of doing your inner work from a place of peace, self-love, and self-compassion... NOT from a frantic place of trying to fix or heal yourself.

| 1:56.9 | title. You are not broken and there's nothing that you need to fix. That was the main theme of |
| 2:04.5 | that episode and I received many, many emails in response to it. It really seems to have served |
| 2:12.5 | many of you and have touched a place of truth within yourselves. So what I want to do now is take |
| 2:21.3 | that idea that you are not broken, that there's nothing to fix, take it to the next logical level |
| 2:28.7 | or the next logical step. So this episode will serve as a continuation of this same theme. Because if you are not |
| 2:39.1 | broken and you don't have anything that you need to fix, then what are we here for? What are you |
| 2:47.0 | here for? What am I here for doing this podcast? What is this podcast even about, right? The name of |
| 2:53.4 | this podcast is in our work. So if we are already whole, if there's nothing to fix, then what are we |
| 3:01.7 | here for? I had a bit of an existential crisis with this, the couple, the last couple of nights, because I had a bit of an existential crisis with this the last couple of nights because I had to come to terms with the absolute truth of this idea that we are not broken. |
| 3:19.7 | So if we are not broken, then why do we need to do any inner work or healing work at all, |
