Summary
Guilt can often show up when you begin setting firmer boundaries, taking care of yourself, and honoring your needs. Especially if you've spent years as a people-pleaser, saying YES to everything and everyone and putting yourself last.
In this episode of AWAKENING, I answer a listener email about how to deal with feelings of guilt that might come up when you set boundaries and follow your truth. Thank you to Sofia for writing in!
This then dovetails into a discussion of getting clear on your Divine Standards - these are your highest intentions for how you want to live and how you want to BE in the world from this day forward. I'll explain how you can create your own Divine Standards and share some examples to get you started.
