So a few months ago, I was reading a book by Bill Bryson titled The Body, a guide for occupants.

And in each chapter he shares incredible facts about how the different bodily systems work to

keep us alive.

For example, did you know that it takes seven octillion atoms to make you?

Not a million, a billion or a trillion, but octillion.

So as I was reading this, I was able to recognize the feeling of awe, and this experience of

awe made me think about how such vastness and inspiration can turn the most mundane things into something

so magnificent. Take a moment now to reflect on the last time you experienced awe.

One of the most memorable moments for me was when I was living in Vancouver, Canada and took a trip to the forest.

Now, growing up, I was never much of a nature person.

Having two immigrant African parents,
