But basically we recapped what happened at JFK on the 4th of January and why it got so bad.

So why don't we begin with an update on are people still there or are they still locked in a

It's very possible yeah not so much people as much as bags at this point actually so all the I assume at this point all the people are where they all want to go whether that's Asia Europe South America wherever

But the big problem became bags is that people were stuck in the terminal for days and days and days, and a lot of people on foreign airlines are not, you know, either not English speaking as their first language or don't speak English at all, which

made it really difficult for them to submit bag claims, I guess, for the airlines to actually

find them and deliver these bags. they kind of just piled up in the terminal for days and I think weeks at this point but I think they finally got it all sorted out and now there's all sorts of investigations into what the hell happened at JFK from the

DOT the FAA the Port Authority is doing its own internal investigation with Ray La Hood who

was used to head up Obama's DOT, so stuff is happening.
