We sat down with Avrami Garari, seven months ago to have a conversation with him about the loss of his daughter, Yakhavet.

But so this this happened, you know, the way we got involved in this story was about about three months ago, maybe a little longer.

So I was on Instagram and I saw a post and I'll read the beginning of it. It said, hey, this is pretty surreal, isn't it?

One might say uncomfortable jarring. Just close the app now if you want. I guess if you don't know by now, you should probably sit down.

If you're reading this, I'm gone. Either that or somehow incapacitated in the hospital.

So I can't delete this schedule post. I really hope I'm not though. And and this letter goes on.

And it's it's from Yerved Garari, all of a shalom. And she she lived a life of many battles.

And we had the sres of sitting down with her father to talk about Yerved's life, her journey, her struggles, her father and, you know, just his his point on on everything.

And obviously you'd shout out to him for being so open about everything and really trying to help others that struggle with this or even those that don't struggle with that just to understand eating disorders.

And and there's a lot in here. Kudos to of Remy this episode. We're like, I'm a little nervous. Like this is very serious, but also in the episode like it wasn't like there were light moments.

Yeah, there were light moments like, you know, I don't think either of us cried, even though it was such a there's so many sad moments and stuff like that. But he he carried it through.

It's definitely a very flowing episode. So yeah, enjoy the rest of the episode.
