with athletes, the training that they follow, as well as coaches who are implementing the training

incorrectly in the weight room and in the overall program design for sports performance.

Well, what we're seeing is, or what I'm seeing is this overabundance of travel sports

and sport clubs and private training.

The kids are kind of over inundated with being

coached and they want some freedom. So this is an opportunity, maybe a father-son trip,

to come out, learn how to train and then start implementing that training at home in the home

gym, the garage gym, or with your friends at the local gym.

And if you're going to train on your own, you got to do it the right way.

As I always tell kids, the biggest mistake is you think you have time.
