0:06.6	hurt in relationships. If we're not careful, we can end up shutting ourselves off
0:11.0	completely to protect ourselves from more pain. But that cheats us out of

0:38.7	epiphany that came to me the other day and epiphany that I've had many many
0:42.2	times over the years. But it's something that every time I have it, it resonates
0:46.1	with me on such a deep level. And it might be one of the most empowering thoughts
0:51.2	that I ever have. One of the ones that really spurs me on and makes me feel
0:54.8	fantastic. Many people feel like they need reasons to be confident. That, you know,
1:04.9	well, if I were prettier, I would feel confident. If I was attractive, then I
1:10.9	would feel confident. I want to challenge this. I was thinking about this the
1:14.9	other day. I was thinking about how, when you know, when you see a guy in a
1:18.7	relationship and he may not be the best looking guy in the world by objective
1:23.9	standards, but his woman thinks he is the sexiest guy on earth because he just
1:29.1	carries himself in a certain way. He just commands a room. He commands himself.
1:35.2	He has this, he really owns it in every situation. When she goes out, he's not
1:42.5	worried about what she's wearing. He's not worried that other guys are going to
1:47.4	hit on her. He's not worried about being jealous and petty things like that.
