We used to think that our brain and gut connection were sending each other a single message from one to the other but now we know that they are actually sending four messages for every single one. The gut and the brain are constantly communicating with each other. So, when our gut is unhealthy, where 95% of our serotonin and 50% of our dopamine is made, then our brain becomes unhealthy too.
