I'm Coach Jonathan Lee and this is like I said a special episode. We have two folks here from the company

Rockshocks. We actually asked a handful of episodes ago because Rockshocks reached out to me and asked if we'd be interested in covering a new thing that they were launching on the podcast.

We asked our audience that they'd be interested in that because we typically don't get into the more like I guess the tech side of things of talking to the companies behind it and the absolute enthusiasm it was an over it was unanimous. Everyone said yes please have them on because they're going to talk about

Rock Shock's flight attendant today. It's a new technology that I will leave these folks to explain to us,

but it's helping suspension be more efficient helping us save time on the

cross-country mountain bike side of things in particular is what we'll be talking about today, but I want to have a

discussion with these folks also about beyond that looking at other applications and kind of learning how this new field of engineering at least how it's being implemented into cycling could be saving us time across the board. We're all interested in that

and getting faster. So this is going to be an interesting discussion. We have
