fighter flight mode, the body becomes hypersensitive, right? And you can feel that. Reacting as if

constant threats are always present. And we find ourselves even like in our bedrooms with heart

and symptoms and we're going well there's no real threat here right however we haven't really

sent that message across to the body that there isn't a threat just by being present in a particular environment doesn't mean that the brain can adjust its old patterns.
