Earlier this week before I recorded this episode, I posted a cartoon on my Instagram page from a comic strip called The Awkward Yeti.

The cartoonist's name is Nick Selik.

I don't know a lot about his background.

I don't know if his background is in psychology or he's just been through his own pain enough to write really deep, really insightful.

But also often funny comic strips about what's going on inside of us.

He writes cartoons about organs like not the organs you play, but your bodily organs.

So characters in the cartoons include our stomachs, intestines, kidneys, gallbladders, bladders, hilarious.

And his star organs are of course the heart and the brain.

Most of them are pretty hilarious, but some of them actually will make you stop and think deeply about what's happening with you.

And the cartoon that I posted on my Instagram earlier this week was one of those.
