Welcome to the Made of Human Podcast. I'm Sophie Hagen and it's my

podcast. I'm your host. It's a if you've never listened before it's a

podcast in which I speak to people about life, trying to understand

how people do it because I have no idea.

I mean, yeah, this episode is coming out four or five days after it should have been

out it's been just the weirdest week. I'm shooting a documentary in Denmark about body

positivity and fat acceptance and oh God I've met some horrible people you you know, people who work in the fashion industry and I just want to punch...

I mean...

It's been a really long week is what I'm saying, so I'm sorry for this episode being delayed but there's a very

good reason why I have gotten up very early this morning to put it out anyways and

that is because and I'm sorry for anyone who's not near London, but if you're in London on Tuesday.

So I've been called, like last minute I've gotten a thing happening in London on Wednesday so I had to go from Denmark to London on

Tuesday so I had a night in London and I arranged for a show to happen on Tuesday night.

It's very last minute. What's going to happen is I'm

going to try out a new show. I'm writing a new show and I'm going to test out the

material for that and then I have the one of my best friends called Ed Hedges and if you if you follow me on

Instagram or if you've seen me on tour that I mean there are a lot of chances that you might know who at Hedges is because he's one of my best friends he's one of the funniest people I know

he's just one of my favorite people and he's about to do his first ever one hour long show and

uh so he's going to be trying out stuff for that then there'll be a break and then I'm
