Music sanest people on planet earth. Michelle Tafoya. I have long been concerned about a message that a lot of young people have been getting

and continue to get in school and elsewhere, but particularly in school. Young people, particularly young brown

and black kids are told that the system is rigged against them having success. And the only way to

fix that is by tearing down the system, that they don't really have any individual power to advance their lives beyond some of

these barriers that are put up for them by the system. Well, I am so happy to see a book

kind of just attacking this whole topic. It's called agency. Ian Rowe is the author. The book

is doing great. Ian, I really am so glad you could join us. Thank you. Michelle, it's so great to be here. Thank you. And thank you for speaking about my book, Agency. I share that same concern about kids getting a narrative that tells them all the things that they can't do.
