about that that that's me paraphrasing you so tell me about that absolutely one of my favorites that came

through me and one that gets recycled through the interwebs quite a lot. People obviously resonate with it and they enjoy it.

So when that came to me, what I recognize is often the case or always the case with my work.

I'm just noticing human behavior and I recognize these patterns and tendencies that we all have.

And I tend to point out sometimes the, you know, ridiculousness of these idiosyncrasies.

And what I recognize is, dimension of being human to me, was really about discovering true freedom.

And that we all not necessarily consciously, but curate a life that allows us to be confronted so that we can see where we're not free.

So the quote really, you know, unpacked speaks to that, which is here we are, humans

misidentified with form, meaning there's physical meat suit and our brain and the thoughts that

get generated from it.

And we get triggered by loved ones, colleagues, politics, whatever

it is that's going on out there in the world. And that to me is, you know, life presenting

you with people and circumstances to reveal where you're not free. And why is that powerful?

Well, because as far as I'm concerned, our true essence, whether you call it

soul, spirit, consciousness, or the absolute, it's one of its main inherent qualities is freedom.

And so as far as I'm concerned, without sounding too esoteric within less than five minutes of

starting this conversation, we're here to break free from the constraints with which we

arrived. And so the actual paradigm of planet Earth is the perfect means by which we get to do that.
