I mean, I think I just, I wanted to name that we're aware that there are lots of different ways

You know, pastoral leadership, parish church leadership, even the leadership you do in a home.

So just want to name that we're speaking more generally and broadly about leadership,

knowing that there are so many particular ways in which people experience leadership,

either as a leader or someone who's experiencing the leadership of another person.

It's just crucial to be able to say,

anyone that you can name you have influence with or about implies that you're a leader.

And so it may not be a formal position,

but Bible study leaders,

people who are leading a small group in a church
