I'm pretty good Gordon. That was a very complimentary introduction.

Yeah, I was going to maybe, in some of the drafts of it, I'm like,

should I call him handsome?

No, it's too, it's too soon in the series

to just start creeping on guests, so I'm like I'll just say

something else anyway so how are things in California this morning?

I'm just finding out. It looks relatively sunny. I can't see any of the methane gas which has supposedly been

saturating my local area. We have a big gas leak down here apparently.

You think you'd be able to smell it. I've been watching that on the news and you go,

methane, that's one of the ones that stinks it's fascinating well you know I've only been in

LA for a couple years but I think I can say pretty safely that I'm not the

only one who intentionally tries not to smell LA.

Like you don't go out in the morning and be like,

mmm, that's some good Los Angeles.

You know, it's not as smog choked as it was in the 70s, but you know, it's not like, it's something

you stop and intentionally lean down and, you know, quietly inhale and become invigorated and have your faith in life restored.
